ITIEANARY

  • Day 1: Arrive in Manali.

  • Day 2: Acclimatization hike in Manali.

  • Day 3: Drive to Dhundi (2,700m) & Hike to Lady Leg(3900m)

  • Day 4: Acclimatization hike to Avd. camp back to lady leg.

  • Day 5: Acclimatization hike to summit camp.

  • Day 6: Move to summit camp.

  • Day 7: Summit Attempt (5,289m) – return to Lady Leg.

  • Day 8: Buffer Day (for weather/acclimatization).

  • Day 9: Hike to Dhundi & Return to Manali.

BP: 100–140 / 70–90 mm Hg

Respiratory Rate: 12–20 breaths/min

Medical Conditions:

BMI should be in normal range – consult if unsure
